I'm Nat Lynn


I support you in overcoming obstacles standing between you and what you want, so you are free to live life as your best self . Even if you feel you have tried everything and still don’t have the answers that’s all going to change. How do I know this? Because I transformed my own limiting behaviours and I have now made it my life mission to help others achieve the same incredible results I have.

Freeing you from anxiety, limiting beliefs, fears, negative thoughts and so much more.
I do this by working at a subconscious level removing or changing your negative emotions, beliefs, and behaviours at the core.

In my practice I use a range of interactive and powerful techniques which are tailored to your specific needs. For some issues, (such as making big decisions) Counselling & Life Coaching is most effective. For other issues that involve counterproductive automatic behaviours, it is more effective to use Neuro-linguistics and Transformational Hypnotherapy which engages the subconscious.

In only a few sessions you can achieve immediate and lasting results by removing what’s not serving you as opposed to trying to navigate life trying to manage it.

I'm Diane McBain

With over 20 years of experience in mental health, I supported individuals through life’s challenges as a Registered Mental Health Nurse. Following this, I became a full-time mum, while co-creating a positive psychology program for children and homeschooling my eldest child. These experiences deepened my passion for personal growth and inspired me to explore new approaches to health and well-being.

Discovering Hypnotherapy and NLP, and becoming a practitioner, marked a turning point for me. I was amazed by how effectively these methods empower individuals to achieve profound, positive changes—quickly and sustainably. Using these approaches, I offer a fresh, dynamic path to growth, helping you break free from limiting patterns and embrace new possibilities.

Depression often brings a sense of disconnection and heaviness, making it hard to see beyond the overwhelm. Together, we'll explore the thought patterns and emotional responses that keep you stuck, and shift them to help you reconnect with your inner strength.

Digestive Disorders

The mind and gut are deeply connected.. By exploring how stress, emotions, and thought patterns influence digestion, we can work together to ease symptoms and improve your digestive health. This approach supports both your physical wellbeing and emotional balance, helping you feel better from the inside out.

Eating Challenges and Body Image

Struggles with food and body image often run deeper than food and weight. Whether you're dealing with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, overeating, or any challenging relationship with food and your body, we'll work together on both psychological and behavioural aspects, supporting your journey toward recovery and a more balanced, compassionate relationship with yourself. I have extensive experience in this area, working with individuals and families.

Grief & Loss

Everyone's experience of grief is unique. Whether you're dealing with recent loss or long-held grief, I provide a safe space to process those emotions and begin moving forward. Using hypnotherapy and NLP, we’ll work to shift the emotional patterns that keep you stuck, helping you find clarity and resilience. Together, we’ll focus on practical ways to manage grief and gradually rebuild a sense of balance and hope.

Identity and Personal Growth

Whether you're exploring who you are, facing career changes, navigating relationship transitions, or seeking personal development, we'll work together to uncover your strengths, gain clarity, and create the mindset to embrace new possibilities while staying true to your values.

Young People

Supporting children and teenagers through life's challenges requires understanding, skill, and age-appropriate approaches.

For teenagers, I offer a space to navigate the complexities of adolescence - from anxiety and self-confidence, eating challenges and body image, to relationships and academic pressure.

For younger children when addressing concerns such as poor sleep, eating difficulties, and anxiety, I use story-based hypnotherapy and guided imagery to create a safe and supportive space. These techniques help children reframe challenges, develop more adaptive coping skills, and restore a sense of balance and confidence.
