The Transformation Session
Appointments are prepared before you arrive. Saving you time and money.
You will be sent a form prior to the session so that we can spend the majority of the session doing the change work.
Of course, if you’d prefer to talk in person, that is welcomed too.
A session with Nat takes you on an exploration of you, identifying blocks, limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck in life and freeing you so you can live as your most authentic, confident self with awareness, resilience & clarity.
Guided 1:1 sessions led by Nat tune you into the depths of your subconscious mind where you can dissolve layers of limiting beliefs, thoughts & actions, recovering the beautiful essence of who you are.
In this alerted state of awareness you can have aha/ draw a line in the sand moments, receive messages from your highest self, see things from new perspectives which inevitably changes how you see your past, present & future.
To wrap the session up you're unleashed with a powerful future pace exercise where you will experience life thinking & behaving in this new way.
All of the sessions are 1.5 hours (essentially two sessions in one) and we aim for you to experience a shift as a result with each session.
Average amount of sessions is 3-4.
Everyone can access their subconscious mind and if you don’t feel comfortable with hypnotherapy, it is not needed to experience change.
